SOLID’s youth training helps young children learn about their own strength and ability. Our trainers use body weight exercises to improve coordination and confidence. This fun and engaging class teaches the importance of physical activity at a young age!

INSANITY instructor led workout is a cardio based, high intensity, total body, interval training conditioning program. Insanity utilizes a variety of simple athletic moves.
