AGE 7-11

Exercises based on body weight and resistance to develop balance, coordination & confidence. Children will improve their running technique & speed. Fun & challenging for all.

 

STRENGTH

Middle School Age

Focus is to develop proper lifting techniques to build full body strength in each individual while working on speed & agility.
